Exploring Art

for children 7-16 years old

In a professional art school environment young children will learn: drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and work in clay. They will experiment with a variety of art materials, techniques, and processes.

The children will create original artworks and learn some of the principles and elements of design in art. They will draw inspiration from art history, nature, their lives, and their imagination.

Creativity, self-expression, skills, and lots of fun will be gained from their experience exploring the art process.

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICIES:

*Full payment is required upon registration. Cancellations or changes resulting in a refund require 14 (fourteen) days prior to the first class and are subject to a $45 administration fee.

 *Registration fees are only refundable up to 14 (fourteen) days before the first class. No refunds will be made for “no-shows”. *If inadequate student numbers result in course cancellation, a full refund will be made.

 *Please ensure you chose the appropriate age group, time, and day for your child.

 *Should you wish to switch classes for your child after registration, it will only be possible if your child is of age for that class and/or if there is a spot available. This will be subject to a $45 administration fee.

 *It may not be possible for your child to catch up with art projects should your child be absent from a significant number of classes. We will try our best.
