We do not offer credits. Full payment upon registration. Cancellations/changes resulting in a refund require 14 (fourteen) days prior to the first class and are subject to a $45 administration fee. Registration fees are only refundable up to 14 (fourteen) days before the first class. No refunds will be made for “no shows”.

If inadequate student numbers result in course cancellation, a full refund will be made.

In the event of a governmental forced closure of Hunt Art Studio due to a pandemic or any other situation deemed urgent, we will try our best to honour our remaining classes by rescheduling said classes when we are legally able to do so.

I give permission to Hunt Art Studio, its owners and operators from any and all liability to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.

We use professional materials and art supplies which means paint may stain clothing, shoes and jackets. We have aprons at the studio to borrow, but wet paint may be lurking around any corner. Please note, even if our students are not doing a painting project, they may still get paint on them. Hunt Art Studio is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings.

We start our classes on time, so please don’t be late. We understand that sometimes there are unforeseeable issues. These things happen. A student should try their best to not disturb the class once they have arrived.

We appreciate that there may be a time or two when parents or guardians are unable to pick up students on time. Please note the time the class finishes. We often have big clean-ups to do after classes by moving furniture about and it is essential the studio is empty. Thank you for your understanding.

We do our utmost at Hunt Art Studio to prevent accidents from happening that may involve damage to art pieces. We will always try our best to give emotional support to our students and try to come up with a solution to remedy the situation.
